We are excited to announce that our first game for the 2007 season will be an exhibition game at the Staples Center in LA against our old neighbours, Orange County. Tickets include a seat at the LA Avengers Arena football game and the best seats for the SD Lions Vs OC.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased here. ($2 from every ticket sold donated to National MS Society)

We are excited to announce that our first game for the 2007 season will be an exhibition game at the Staples Center in LA against our old neighbours, Orange County. This is a magnificent opportunity for the Lions to demonstrate our spectacular sport in front of a large crowd.

In addition, we are pleased to have the opportunity to do our part and join the movement in the battle to free the world of MS. The SD Lions are supporting Walk Masters (see below) in a number of events throughout 2007. As such, $2 from every ticket sold will be donated to the National MS Society via Walk Masters

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased here.

The ticket includes:

A seat at the Avengers game
Live DJ and Beer Garden at the "Pre Game Jam" outside the arena starting at 5 p.m
Player and "A-Team" Dancer autographs
Best seating for the SD Lions vs. the OC Bombers after the Avengers game

We are currently looking into the possibility of organising transport from San Diego to LA (either buses or car pools). Check back regularly for updates on transportation as it will be "first come, first served"!

Walk Masters is Jennifer Masters' team that will be joining thousands of fellow walkers at the 2007 MS Walk, benefiting the Pacific South Coast Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Jennifer Masters is 28 years old and was diagnosed with MS in October 2005. Last year Jennifer's team was able to raise almost $12,000 in donations, thanks to her employer, Hunsaker, who matched her efforts and will be doing the same for her again this year.

New Lion Cub

The San Diego Lions would like to extend our congratulations to Tim and Lina Hull on the birth of their new son, Matthew Thomas. The new lion cub made his debut into the world during the evening of March 9th, 2007. All are well and we look forward to Matthew's debut for the Lions.
